1/16 DIN Temperature Controllers from Heaters Controls And
Sensors
|
|
The 1/16 DIN Temperature Controllers
can easily be configured to provide precise control. The advanced Smarter
Logic "Fuzzy" allows processes to be controlled better than ever before, with virtually no initial
overshoot or temperature variations. As the control detects a process
disturbance the fuzzy logic continuous decision making function quickly
returns the process value to the setpoint.
A single ramp/soak function prevents rapid temperature changes that could
damage the product being heated. An optional dwell timer enables an event
to be timed on or off when preset temperature is attained. In addition
self-diagnostic capabilities, sensor linearization and cold junction
compensation are all performed by the powerful, single chip microprocessor.

The 1/4 DIN Temperature Controllers
can easily be configured to provide precise control. The advanced Smarter
Logic "Fuzzy" allows processes to be controlled better than ever before, with virtually no initial
overshoot or temperature variations. As the control detects a process
disturbance the fuzzy logic continuous decision making function quickly
returns the process value to the setpoint.
The large dual displays allow the set point and process value to be visible
at all times. In addition self-diagnostic capabilities, sensor
linearization and cold junction compensation are all performed by the
powerful, single chip microprocessor. The 2" in panel depth is the
shortest of any similar function control available.

1/8 DIN Temperature Controllers from Heaters Controls And
Sensors
|
|
The 1/8 DIN Temperature
Controller is designed to provide precise control with a quick and
easy set up procedure. SMT and microprocessor technology provides all these
features plus reliability and economy. LED index indication allows full
viewing and selection of parameters. The dual display allows set point and
process value visibility at all times.
An advanced software algorithm automatically calculates all PID parameters
to eliminate complicated manual tuning efforts. Automatic tuning can be
bypassed if manual tuning is preferred. An open-loop, manual mode can be
initiated if the sensor fails. Front panel electronic calibration sensor
linearization self-diagnostic capabilities and cold junction compensation are
all performed by the single chip microprocessor. The in-panel depth is only
2-1/2".

PID Temperature Controllers from Heaters Controls And
Sensors

These PID Temperature Controllers
features dual displays & selectable inputs. These controls are easy to
operate and the out can be ordered for a relay contact, a voltage pulse, or
a 4 to 20 mA output This controller also excepts various inputs from f thermo- couples, RTD, DC
voltage and DC current. In addition these controllers can have 2
independent alarm contacts that are programmable to be deviation, process,
or set value alarms. The Heater break alarms utilize an external current
transformer that monitors the heater current and activates an alarm should
the current fall below a threshold value that has been set by the operator.
The loop break monitors and protects the entire temperature control system.
